Thiamine Mononitrate

Also called Thiamine nitrate

Thiamine mononitrate is another common salt of thiamine used in multivitamins and fortified foods. It is more stable than the hydrochloride form in dry tablets but less soluble in water. Functionally it is equivalent to thiamine HCl for raising B1 status once absorbed.
