The firewall: commerce never touches the evidence
Affiliate revenue and evidence grades are decided independently, by rule: a supplement's evidence level, benefits, side effects, and position in any list are determined solely by the published research, before any retailer relationship is considered. We do not grade, rank, or feature a supplement more favourably because a retailer pays a higher commission, and commission rates are never an input to the matrix or the content.
No sponsored content, no paid placements
We do not sell placement in the library, the matrix, goal hubs, comparisons, or any ranking. No supplement brand can pay to appear, to be graded, or to be recommended. If that ever changes, sponsored material will be labelled as such at the top of the placement — never blended into editorial content.
Affiliate links, disclosed
Some 'where to buy' links earn us a commission at no extra cost to you, and every module that contains them says so in plain language directly above the links. Retailers are chosen for catalog fit and quality signals (third-party testing, GMP certification), and retailer choice never alters the evidence content of the page. How content is produced
Entries are researched and written by the Vital Matrix Editorial Team and reviewed against the primary literature before publication. We use tools, including AI-assisted drafting, to summarise large bodies of research — but every entry is checked against the cited studies by a human before it ships, and every claim links back to a verifiable source. Corrections policy
Health evidence moves, and so do we. If you spot something wrong — a misread study, a stale dose, a broken citation — email hello@vitalmatrixlabs.com with the page URL and the source you think contradicts it.
Substantive corrections are made promptly, the page's “last updated” date is bumped, and material corrections are noted on the What's New changelog. We don't silently edit claims that turned out to be wrong.
